Eden Ejigineh

Eden Ejigineh has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They began their career in 2012 at the University of Maryland as a Research Assistant. They then worked at the Ethiopian Students Association as Vice President and later as Public Relations/Social Chair. Additionally, Eden worked at the University of Maryland - Adele H. Stamp Student Union, Center for Campus Life as a Front Desk Assistant, Student Employee Advisory Board member, and Building Manager.

In 2015, Eden joined Teach For America as a 2015 Corp Member and later as a School Operations Manager. They also worked at Maple Heights High School as a Secondary Mathematics Teacher and Student Council Co-Advisor.

Currently, Eden is at Ingenuity Prep, where they started as an Operations Manager in 2020 and now hold the position of Director of Operations. Their responsibilities include managing school-wide financial processes, facilities-related functions, and providing professional development to the operations team members.

Eden Ejigineh completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland between 2010 and 2014. In 2016 and 2017, they attended Kent State University, although the degree obtained and field of study during this period are not specified. In 2020, Eden started pursuing a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which is expected to be completed by 2024.

In terms of additional certifications, Eden obtained a 5 Year Professional Adolescence to Young Adult (7-12) Licence from the Ohio Department of Education in November 2019.
