Radu Ticleanu

Radu Ticleanu currently serves as the Legal Affairs Manager for Ingérop, overseeing legal matters for the International Division, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Contracts, Litigation, Insurance, and Compliance since April 2021. Prior to this role, Ticleanu held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at SYSTRA from January 2014 to April 2021, where responsibilities included regional legal coordination in Continental Europe and managing litigation across multiple countries. Ticleanu's earlier experience includes positions as Senior Legal Counsel at GE Power, Legal Manager within ALSTOM POWER, Senior Lawyer at Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii, Associate Lawyer at Voicu & Filipescu SCA, and Legal Counsel at PwC Romania. Ticleanu possesses a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Bucharest.
