Stephane P.

Stephane P. has extensive work experience in the engineering and construction industry.

Stephane started their career at VINCI Construction Grands Projets, where they worked as a Supervision of works Engineer, Bridge Design engineer, Design engineer, and Project Manager.

In 2001, they joined INGÉROP, where they held various positions such as Project Director, Transportation Manager, North West regional Director, and Grand Centre Managing Director. Stephane then became the ACE (Alpes Centre Est) Managing Director, Managing Director, and IVT (Infrastructures Villes et Transport) Managing Director. Stephane was also a Member of the group board of directors and an Execom member (Executive Committee) at INGÉROP.

In 2013, Stephane became the CEO of INTEC.

Additionally, they served as a Transportations professor at École des Ponts ParisTech and as a Conseiller Commerce Exterieur France at Les Conseillers du Commerce extérieur de la France.

Recently, they took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at INGÉROP starting in July 2022. Throughout their career, Stephane has showcased their expertise in managing operations, leading teams, and overseeing large-scale projects in the energy and industrial facilities sector.

Stephane P. earned a Master of Science - MS degree in Civil engineering from Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie in 1990-1993. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Civil Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 1992-1993. In 2017-2018, Stephane completed an Executive MBA in Economie, Finance, leadership, stategy, marketing, and finance from HEC Paris.
