Andrea Miller

Andrea Miller is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a current role as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Ingersoll Rand since October 2023. Prior to this position, Andrea served as a Corporate Recruiter and High Volume Recruiter for Walgreens at Cielo Talent from September 2021 to October 2023. Andrea's earlier experience includes functioning as a Human Resource/Training Representative and completing an internship at Belco Community Credit Union from 2013 to 2017. Andrea also took time off as a Stay-at-Home Mom from May 2017 to September 2021. Andrea holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, earned in 2014.
