Andrey Goryachev

Andrey Goryachev has extensive leadership experience in various managerial roles, currently serving as the RCIS General Manager and Supervisory Board Director for Ingersoll Rand since January 2011. In addition, Goryachev has been a Business Mentor at Everwise since February 2019 and a Council Member at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) since September 2008. Previous positions include General Manager for Fluidra in Russia and for Yamazaki Mazak Corporation in Russia & CIS, along with a notable tenure at Tetra Pak as General Manager for the Ural Region. Early career roles included management positions at Akzo Nobel and PHILIPS in the lighting division. Goryachev holds a Master of Business Administration from Kennedy-Western University, as well as an Engineer’s Degree from Moscow State Technological University "Stankin" and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology from Moscow Machine Tool College.
