Beverly Hughes

Beverly Hughes is an experienced training and development professional with over 15 years of expertise in managing organizational training strategies and team development. Currently serving as the Training Lead at Ingersoll Rand since March 2007, Beverly oversees the creation of training documentation and procedures for Oracle users. Previously, as the owner of Creative Coaching, Beverly provided tailored reviews and analyses to improve clients' communication skills and goal clarity. Other notable roles include Director of Organizational Development & Training at Metro Bi-State Development Agency, where Beverly developed a flagship leadership training program, and Director of Technical Training and Development at Charter Communications. Beverly holds a Master of Technology degree in Technical and Scientific Communication and an M.S. in Technical Communications from Southern Polytechnic State University.
