Cinzia Ponzo has extensive experience in sales and customer support, currently serving as the Aftermarket Customers Sales and Support Leader at Ingersoll Rand since February 2016, following a role as a Sales and Support Specialist. Prior to this, Cinzia spent 18 years at Dematic, where responsibilities included cost control and finance, reporting directly to the CFO, as well as customer service coordination, interfacing with international clients and managing post-sales services. Cinzia holds a degree from Istituto Statale “Martin Luther King” in Muggiò, completed between 1991 and 1995.
