Eva Pavelkova

Eva Pavelkova is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in finance integration, internal audit, and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Finance M&A Integration Lead at Ingersoll Rand since January 2021, Eva organizes finance-related training for new teams and supports month-end reporting processes. Previous roles include Financial Controller for ETO business in Italy and Senior Manager Internal Audit, where Eva led audit staff and improved internal audit methodologies. Prior to Ingersoll Rand, experience included Manager Internal Audit EMEA at Gardner Denver and various financial roles at PPG Industries, where responsibilities included handling audit tasks, financial analysis, and implementation of accounting systems. Eva holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Economics and Management from Mendel University in Brno.
