Mohit Juneja

Mohit Juneja is an experienced HR professional with over 20 years in the field, currently serving as HR Leader for the Global Engineering Centre and Organisation Development at Ingersoll Rand since May 2012. Mohit has held multiple HR leadership roles within the company, focusing on team structuring, change management, performance management, and fostering a high-performance culture. Prior experience includes an Assistant Manager HR position at LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included managing the Performance Management Cycle and facilitating change management initiatives. Mohit also worked as a Project Associate Consultant at TV Rao Learning System, gaining expertise in various HRD areas such as 360-degree feedback, competency mapping, and assessment centers. Mohit holds a PGDM in HRM from SCMLD and a BCA in Computers from Kurukshetra University.
