Rob Phillips

Rob Phillips is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Ingersoll Rand since January 2020, after holding the position of Senior Engineering Manager for Blowers and Vacuum Technology. Prior to this, Rob Phillips worked at Gardner Denver, where roles included Rotary Engineering Manager and Senior Product Engineer from October 2016 to January 2020. Experience also includes serving as Operations Manager at Pinnacle Industries and Product Manager at Gardner Denver. Earlier in their career, Rob Phillips was a Project Manager at George Koch Sons and served as an Airborne Combat Engineer in the US Army from October 1987 to August 1992. Rob Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, obtained between 1992 and 1995, and attended the Florida Institute of Technology from 1985 to 1987.
