Sherry Kane

Sherry Kane is a highly accomplished professional in leadership development with extensive experience primarily in roles focused on talent development and organizational consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant for Global Executive and Leadership Development at Ingersoll Rand since March 2010, Sherry is responsible for implementing leadership strategies and integrating key enterprise strategies into development activities. Prior experience includes managing talent development efforts at Delhaize America, serving as Vice President of Executive and Leadership Development at Wachovia, and holding various HR roles at Philip Morris and Kraft Foods. Sherry's educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Acadia University, complemented by language training in French.
