Previously, Shubhakar held the position of Senior Manager of Finance and Company Secretary at BC Components India, where responsibilities included overseeing a manufacturing plant demerger, establishing a new company, and arranging initial term loans and working capital facilities. Shubhakar holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Accountancy, Auditing, and Business English from MES College, Bangalore, as well as foundational education from Gandhinagar High School and Hymamshu Jyothi Kala Peetha in Bangalore.
