Tom Pienkowski

Tom Pienkowski serves as the Global Director of Engineering at Ingersoll Rand since March 2024, guiding engineering teams in product lifecycle management to drive innovation and achieve revenue goals. Previously, Pienkowski held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Crescend Technologies, LLC, where responsibilities included directing product development for high-energy RF Amplifier Solutions. Pienkowski's experience encompasses roles as Global Director of Engineering and Quality at Magnetrol International, Vice President of Engineering at Pregis, and multiple positions at Videojet, contributing significantly to product development, quality assurance, and cost reduction initiatives. Pienkowski holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Ohio State University and Iowa State University, respectively.
