David Ackerman

David Ackerman has worked in the technology industry since 2012. Their first role was as a Senior Desktop Support Assistant at New York University. In 2013, they became an MOOC development intern and TA at Amplify, providing course support for Highschool AP CS Java students through an online forum and developing new content. In 2015, they were a Cyber Defense Technology Specialist at Darktrace, a cyber threat defense company. In 2016, they joined Google as a Software Engineer and, in 2019, they became a Sr. Software Engineer at ingest.ai.

David Ackerman obtained a Dual Bachelor of Science (BS/BS) in Mathematics and Computer Engineering from New York University between 2010 and 2015.
