Iñigo Diego serves as the Talent and Organization Development Director at Ingeteam since April 2020, leading recruitment, employer branding, and strategic alliances to attract emerging talent. Previously, Iñigo was the People Development Manager at Ingeteam Power Technology, overseeing employee lifecycle policies and coordinating HR business partners. At Deusto Business School, Iñigo contributed as an educator in Human Resources, teaching various aspects of people management. As a consultant at Ferruelo y Velasco, Iñigo focused on organizational development and competency enhancement. Early career experience includes an HR consultancy internship at Tea Cegos. Iñigo holds various qualifications in leadership, coaching, and human resources, including a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a specialization in work and organizational psychology from the University of Deusto.
