Ben Mathis Aiep

Ben Mathis AIEP is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and campaign coordination within various organizations. Currently serving as the Business Lead and Deputy Team Leader for the Restart program at Ingeus since June 2021, Ben oversees performance management, team wellbeing, and customer experience while providing training and employability support as a Restart Advisor. Previously, Ben held multiple positions with the Liberal Democrats, including Campaigns Coordinator and Chair of the Hackney Local Party, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, campaign development, and community engagement. Additionally, Ben has experience in customer service from a role as Customer Host at Arriva Rail London. Educational qualifications include A-Levels and GCSEs from Queen Mary's High School and Grammar School in Walsall.
