Benitta Phillips is an experienced business manager and performance coach with a strong background in luxury fashion and retail. Currently serving as the Business Manager at Ingeus since May 2022, Benitta also holds the role of Central and West London Performance Coach. Prior to this, Benitta contributed to Shadow to Shine as a Fashion Business Development Mentor from January 2022 to January 2024.
