Neil Connett

Neil Connett is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in operations and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Head of IT Operations at Ingeus since May 2024, Connett previously chaired the Cyber Security Network for the UK Regulators' Network and held significant roles at Ofwat, including Head of Cloud Operations & Service Delivery. Connett's career at Rolls-Royce spanned over a decade, where contributions as DevOps Transformation Lead, Platform Operations Manager, and Problem Manager were instrumental in the company's digital initiatives and operational excellence. Connett holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from The University of Manchester.
