Paul Shelley

Paul Shelley has a solid work experience history. Paul started their career with Ineos Nova, working as a Site Manager from January 1999 to February 2006. Paul then moved to Ineos Nova/Nova Innovene/Nova Chemicals, where they continued their role as a Site Manager from January 1999 to July 2008. Later, they joined Cargill as a Site Manager from January 2009 to December 2011. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Site Operations Manager at GrowHow UK Limited. Currently, they are working as the Site Manager and Managing Director at Ingevity, starting from July 2015.

Paul Shelley earned a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University from 1979 to 1983. In 2012, they completed the Cranfield General Management Programme at Cranfield School of Management. Prior to that, they attended Torquay Boys' Grammar School from 1971 to 1979.
