Aditya Kalhan

Aditya Kalhan has extensive experience in operations and production planning, currently serving as Further Processing Planning Manager at Inghams Group Limited since April 2018. Here, Aditya leads a high-performing team to ensure Delivery in Full, On Time (DIFOT) for over 150 SKUs nationwide and manages weekly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles. Aditya previously held roles including S&OP FP Planner and Senior Production Planner, where responsibilities included bridging communication across business units and optimizing production schedules. Prior to Inghams, Aditya worked as a Business Analyst at Enzen Australia, an Electrical/Applications Engineer at Green Global Solutions, and an intern at Schneider Electric. Educational qualifications include a CPIM certification from APICS Northern Colorado and Bachelor's Degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Queensland and Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
