Ali Azeem

Operations Manager at Ingle International

Ali Azeem has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Ali began their career at The Home Depot Canada in 2005 as a Customer Service Representative, where they worked until 2011. Ali then joined Europ Assistance - Global Corporate Solutions, starting as an Intake Coordinator in 2011 and eventually becoming a Case Manager until 2016. Since 2016, Ali has been working at Ingle International, which is now part of MSH International (Americas). At Ingle International, they have held various roles including Emergency Assistance Coordinator, Operations Manager - Emergency Assistance, and currently, Operations Manager. Ali'sresponsibilities in these roles involve coordinating emergency assistance and managing operations.

Ali Azeem completed their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science & International Relations at the University of Toronto from 2006 to 2011. In 2013, they attended George Brown College for a program in Medical Terminology - Level 1. During the same year, they also participated in the Ontario Apprenticeship Program for a Customer Service Gold Seal Apprenticeship. Additionally, Ali obtained certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) from the Canadian Red Cross in May 2008.
