Cindy Burgess

Cindy Burgess is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Recruiter at Inglis since January 2013, Cindy is dedicated to finding the right candidates to enhance the lives of Inglis residents. Previous roles include serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Methodist Home for Children from April 2008 to April 2011, a Human Resources Manager at South Jersey Engine Co. from October 1999 to February 2003, and an Employee Relations Specialist at the US Department of Agriculture from October 1998 to October 1999. Additionally, Cindy spent nearly two decades as an Employee Relations/HR Specialist at HEREIU-Local 54 from March 1978 to November 1997. Cindy Burgess holds an Associate of Arts degree from Gloucester County College.
