Rafik Suvaryan's work experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer of INGO ARMENIA Insurance CJSC from November 2023 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at the American University of Armenia starting in September 2021. From September 2014 to October 2023, they were a Board Member at IDBank. Before that, they held the position of Head of Risk Service at VTB Bank (Armenia) from September 2010 to August 2014. Rafik also worked as a Risk Specialist at ProCredit Bank from August 2008 to September 2010, and as a Finance Specialist at Troika Dialog from January 2008 to June 2008.
Rafik Suvaryan completed an Executive MBA at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, in 2010, they participated in the Tavitian scholarship program at The Fletcher School at Tufts University, focusing on Diplomacy and foreign policy. Their earlier education includes a Diploma in integrated risk management from Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, completed from 2003 to 2008.
