Shalini Chandrakanth is a seasoned professional with a robust background in financial services and payment systems. Currently serving as the VP of Go-to-Market at Ingo Payments since September 2025, Shalini has previously held the role of VP, GTM - Strategic Payment Partnerships at Citizens, where the focus was on optimizing payment channels and enhancing customer experiences through innovative fintech partnerships. Prior experiences include leading the solutions practice at Synctera, where Shalini worked on developing banking products, and serving as a Senior Solutions Consultant at Pegasystems with a focus on financial services. Earlier career tenure includes an investment banking position at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Shalini holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics & Management with a concentration in Supply Chain Operations from Bentley University and has furthered education at The University of Hong Kong.
