Konstantin Parfenov

Konstantin Parfenov is a Technical Team Lead at Ingosstrakh, overseeing a team of 15 members and designing a high-load messaging system capable of handling up to 20 million messages daily since November 2021. Prior to this role, Konstantin served as Chief Expert at Rosenergoatom JSC from March 2010 to November 2021, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining SAS-based billing systems, leading remote development teams, and generating data for audits, while also delivering project documentation and facilitating knowledge sharing sessions. Earlier experience includes positions as Chief Specialist and Specialist at Rosenergoatom JSC, and as an Appriser at Группа компаний Нексиа Пачоли. Konstantin holds a degree in Applied Mathematics from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics.
