Andrew Brown possesses extensive legal expertise, currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Ingram Barge Company since June 2014. In this role, Andrew leads a ten-person Claims and Legal Team, overseeing commercial contract negotiations and litigation, while also spearheading COVID-19 response initiatives. Prior to Ingram Barge Company, Andrew held positions at Fowler Rodriguez LLP, where notable responsibilities included managing incident response for a major cruise line and advising on offshore transactional matters. Previous experiences also encompass roles at Millennium Brokerage Group and Hill Rivkins & Hayden LLP, focusing on transactional law and international shipping disputes. Andrew Brown earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from The Ohio State University.
