Benjamin Scholz

Benjamin Scholz is an experienced leader in organizational change and workforce transformation, currently serving as the Country Lead for Organizational Change in Germany at Ingram Micro since September 2022, focusing on digital transformation initiatives within the IT distribution sector. Prior to this role, Benjamin spent nearly a decade at EL-NET GROUP, where responsibilities included directing HR transformation consulting operations and managing workforce transformation projects. Earlier career experiences include project management roles as a freelancer and managerial positions in operations at Breitwand Arthouse Cinemas and Fünf Seen Filmfestival.
