Jane Cage is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community recovery, strategic planning, and IT facilitation. As the Principal at InsightFive22 since December 2013, Jane actively contributes to long-term community recovery efforts and facilitates strategic planning sessions. In addition to this role, Jane serves as an Adjunct Instructor at the FEMA Emergency Management Institute since April 2018, co-instructing a course on disaster recovery. Jane has held various leadership roles, including as Chairman of the Joplin Citizens Advisory Recovery Team following a devastating tornado and as a Board Member at F12.net, providing strategic direction for an IT company. Additionally, Jane's management experience includes roles as CFO/COO of Heartland Technology Solutions and CEO of Connecting Point Computer Center. Jane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Spanish from Wake Forest University and has furthered education at Harvard University.
