Jitender Lalit

Jitender Lalit currently serves as the General Manager of Operations at Ingram Micro, overseeing transportation network design, logistics performance management, warehouse design, project management, safety, security, and industrial relations since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jitender held significant positions including General Manager of Supply Chain at Welspun Flooring, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end logistics operations and a $24 million logistics spend, and achieving a cost improvement project worth $1 million. Jitender's extensive experience spans several organizations such as Centrient Pharmaceuticals, Raymond Limited, and Baxter International Inc., where Jitender led key logistics, supply chain, and procurement initiatives. Educational background includes ongoing doctoral research in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor of Laws, complemented by multiple executive programs from prestigious institutes such as IIMs and an MBA in Production and Operation Management.
