Julieth Castillo has a robust background in human resources with a focus on talent acquisition, development, and management. Currently serving as HRBP for Advanced Solutions & Cloud at Ingram Micro since 2018, Julieth is responsible for recruitment processes for specialized IT sales, marketing, and technical positions, as well as leading corporate social responsibility projects. Prior experience at Kuehne + Nagel includes roles as Senior HR Analyst, where Julieth supported training and development initiatives, and as a Human Resources Assistant, handling recruitment and wellness processes.
