Liz Bond

Liz Bond currently serves as the TMOD Manager EMEA at Ingram Micro, a position held since October 2020. Prior to this, Liz was the Managing Partner at The Recruitment Market from January 2017 to October 2020. Liz has extensive experience in learning and development and talent acquisition, demonstrated through roles as Head of Learning and Development and Key Account Manager at Cooper Lomaz, and as Head of Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development at Group Lotus plc. Additionally, Liz held the position of Head of Resourcing at May Gurney and began a career in recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant at Service Service.
