Mark Utzig

Mark Utzig has extensive experience in sales and operations, currently serving as a Senior Account Representative at Ingram Micro since February 2012, where responsibilities include executing sales strategies for Cisco Smart Service opportunities and designing promotional service offerings. Prior to this role, Mark worked at HSBC from November 2009 to January 2012 as a Mortgage Servicing Operations Representative, managing complex operational duties and resolving workflow issues. Mark also has experience in customer service from a position in the Golf Department at The Country Club of Buffalo, which spanned from May 2005 to October 2011. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing from the University at Buffalo, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
