Melisa Castro

Melisa Castro has a diverse background in customer service and administration, with experience at Ingram Micro as a New Accounts Representative and Admin Will Call Clerk from January 2020 to April 2023, where excellent customer service was provided and reports were maintained. Prior experience includes roles at G4S from January 2012 to January 2016, including Customer Support Team Lead and Human Resources Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed enforcing HR policies and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. Additionally, Melisa served as an Upscale Security Officer, monitoring facility security through CCTV and managing dispatch duties. Melisa obtained a high school diploma from South Miami Senior High, graduating in 2009.
