Mohamed Dbouk

Mohamed Dbouk is an accomplished professional with significant expertise in operational excellence and engineering. Currently serving as Lean Lead Canada at Ingram Micro since August 2022, Mohamed has successfully guided the Toronto site to become the first globally designated location on the OPEX maturity model, managing over 20 projects that resulted in more than $3M in savings and substantial improvements in quality and lead times. Prior to this role, Mohamed founded Maybes Restaurant, achieving positive cash flow within two years and managing operations that led to the business's acquisition by a larger restaurant chain. Experience also includes positions at Eberspächer Group, Hyundai Mobis North America, and Walmart Canada, focusing on industrial engineering and quality management. Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
