Nicklas Lindberg is currently the Head of HR - Nordics at Ingram Micro, responsible for the company’s People strategy and operations in the region. With over 15 years of experience in HR and talent acquisition within the high-tech industry, Nicklas has previously held significant roles at Omegapoint and Paradox Interactive, where they contributed to substantial growth and development of HR functions. Nicklas also has experience as a board member at Divly, supporting the business's strategic initiatives. They hold a Master's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University and Södertörn University.
