Paul Johnson possesses extensive experience in customer service and community engagement. Since September 1988, Paul has been a Senior Customer Experience Representative at Ingram Micro, where roles have included Channel Account Specialist II for IBM Software and various positions within the Partners Licensing Group. Additionally, Paul is actively involved in the Clarence Youth Football and Cheer Association as a Board Member and has held multiple coaching and administrative roles, including Head Football Coach and Football Commissioner. Paul also served on the Board of Directors for Victory Sports Global Outreach, Inc. from January 2019 to March 2022 and was a Board Member for BlackRock Riverside Neighborhood Housing Services from 2004 to 2007. Paul holds an Applied Science Degree in Business Administration from Bryant & Stratton College, along with additional educational experiences at Erie Community College, Daemen University, and Seneca Vocational High School.
