Robert Henson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in athletics, law enforcement, and operations management. As a former professional football player with the Washington Redskins from May 2009 to August 2011, Henson transitioned into a communications officer role at the Sheriff's Office from June 2020 to June 2021. In addition, Henson served as a general manager while self-employed from September 2014 to June 2021. Most recently, Henson held positions as general supervisor and operations supervisor at General Motors from November 2024 to October 2025, and has been the operations manager at Ingram Micro since October 2025.
