Robert Jackson has extensive experience in quality management and assurance across multiple industries. Currently serving as Sr. Quality Manager at Ingram Micro since April 2017, Robert has developed and managed a comprehensive Integrated Management System for ISO certifications across 24 locations in North America and the Caribbean. Previously, as Director of Quality at Microtek Laboratories, Robert directed efforts to acquire and maintain key industry accreditations. Prior roles include Quality Manager at Semi-Kinetics, where Robert oversaw quality systems for multiple standards, and Quality Engineer at STEC, where Robert managed departmental quality coordination systems. Robert also has experience in sales and program management from an earlier role at SECO-LARM. Robert holds a BA in Geography from San Diego State University.
