Ron Wacker is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in Reverse Logistics, Repair Operations, and Quality. Currently serving as Director of Reverse Logistics and Repair at Ingram Micro since 2006, Ron has also held previous positions such as Wireless Service Center Manager at RadioShack and Electronics Technician in the United States Navy. Ron’s educational background includes an AGS in General Studies from Central Texas College and a BSc in Quality Systems Management from The National Graduate School.
