Vaibhav Pardale has over eight years of experience in the e-commerce and retail industry, focused on driving growth and product innovation through data and user insights. Currently serving as a Principal Product Manager at Ingram Micro, Vaibhav collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and retention. Previously, as a Category Manager at TJC, they managed product portfolios and implemented strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction. Vaibhav also gained experience as a Business Analyst at VGL Group, where they led PowerBI implementation for business dashboards. They hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Amritsar, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering.
