Prior experience includes various roles at Broadway Bank, where responsibilities ranged from Assistant Manager in the Commercial Credit Department to Vice President and Senior Commercial Credit Analyst, assisting in managing significant credit relationships and conducting detailed financial assessments. Genna began the banking career at Prosperity Bank, progressing from teller positions to Credit Analyst, specializing in financial analysis to support loan decision-making. Genna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Texas Lutheran University.

With two trucks and one portable plant, Mr. Ingram provided concrete for numerous phases of the construction of Interstate Highway 35 from San Antonio, Texas to Laredo, Texas.The company has since grown to include 38 concrete plants, 1 aggregate operations, and over 700 employees. Ingram Readymix remains wholly owned and operated by the Ingram family.
