Haixin Zhao

Haixin Zhao has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis and project management. They started their career as a Business Analyst at Delong Holdings Limited in 2018, where they optimized decision-making for a purchasing solution and improved production efficiency. In 2019, they worked as a Business Analyst at Principal Financial Group, where they performed data cleansing, text classification, and achieved a high AUC with Random Forest algorithm. They also worked as a Project Manager Assistant at China Everbright Bank, gaining expertise in corporate lending and financial analysis. In 2022, Haixin joined KPMG as a Data Analyst, where they developed estimation techniques, proposed approaches for car purchase rebate computation, designed interactive dashboards, and implemented a customized chatbot. They are currently working as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Ingredients Online.

Haixin Zhao completed a Master's degree in Business Analytics at the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance & Business Analytics from the University of Iowa between 2016 and 2019. In 2017, Haixin Zhao also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Korea University.
