Claudia Fischer

Claudia Fischer Ⓥ has a diverse work experience that spans over several roles and companies. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Student Trainee and later as an Assistant to Management Board at Xtramind Technologies GmbH. From 2005 to 2019, they worked at BOMBARDIER in various HR roles, including Global Human Resources Director and HR Business Partner. In 2019, Claudia transitioned to self-employment as a Self-Learner, Volunteer, Writer, and Career & Life Coach. In 2020, they joined Ingredion Incorporated as the Head of Organizational Development & Talent EMEA. Currently, they hold the position of Director, HR Excellence, Future of Work; Chief of Staff to the CHRO at Ingredion Incorporated.

Claudia Fischer Ⓥ has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Educational and Competency Management from Berlin University for Professional Studies (DUW), which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Claudia previously studied Legal Law Studies at Universität des Saarlandes from 1995 to 2004, and undertook Legal Studies, General & French at Nantes Université from 1999 to 2000. In terms of certifications, Claudia has a Certifed in Occupational Testing, Level A from the British Psychological Society / SHL, obtained in 2009. Claudia has also obtained various additional certifications throughout their career, including being a META LAQ Feedback Coach from Heidrick & Struggles in 2021 and a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2020.
