Flavia Riso, CCEP-I, currently serves as Vice President & General Counsel for Latam at Ingredion Incorporated since July 2019, following the role of Regional Counsel & Compliance Director for South America. Prior positions include Assistant General Counsel for Latin America and Legal Director in Brazil at BD, as well as General Counsel for Brazil at COFRA Holding AG. Flavia's earlier experience comprises Regional Counsel & Compliance Director for Latin America at Syngenta and Regional Counsel for South America at Oracle. Academic qualifications include a Leadership Development Program from the Center for Creative Leadership in Switzerland and a Master's Degree in Contractual Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, complemented by a JD from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
