Gisele Bannwart

Gisele Bannwart is an accomplished professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Diretora de Inovação e Relacionamento com Clientes at Ingredion Incorporated since September 2025. Gisele previously held the position of Diretora Global de Inovação – Key Accounts at dsm-firmenich from July 2017 to September 2025, where Gisele led global innovation agendas and developed integrated technical solutions. Prior roles include Diretora Técnica Regional - LATAM at dsm-firmenich, Gerente de Pesquisa & Desenvolvimento de Alimentos e Bebidas at Unilever, and various leadership positions at Solvay, Mondelēz International, and FMC Corporation. Gisele possesses extensive educational credentials, including a Doctor’s degree in Nutrition Science and a Master’s in Nutrition Science from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, along with a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering.
