Hanjoo Chae is an experienced professional in the food industry with a focus on technical service, innovation, and product development. Currently serving as Sr. Manager and Head of Commercial Innovation & Acceleration at Ingredion Incorporated since July 2011, Hanjoo Chae has previously held managerial roles at both National Starch LLC in the USA and National Starch and Chemical Co. in Korea, overseeing technical service and sales for starch products. Hanjoo's career began at Nong Shim Co. Ltd, where management of R&D efforts contributed to the growth of Korea's leading instant noodle and snack manufacturer. Hanjoo Chae earned a Ph.D. in Food and Biotechnology from Yonsei University.
