Jeff Billig

Jeff Billig currently serves as Vice President & General Manager of Protein Fortification at Ingredion Incorporated since March 2024. Prior to this role, Jeff held various senior positions at Bartek Ingredients, including Chief Growth Officer and Vice President of Marketing and Business Development from January 2019 to January 2024. Jeff's experience also includes Vice President & General Manager at Delavau Bakery Partners by SafPro for a transitional period in 2018, and significant leadership roles at Delavau Food Partners, where responsibilities included P&L management and strategic development from November 2013 to December 2018. Additionally, Jeff was Vice President of Commercial Operations at Solazyme Roquette Nutritionals, LLC from 2011 to 2013 and contributed to Ingredion Incorporated in a prior capacity from 2007 to 2011 as Director for various markets. Jeff's career began at SPI Polyols as General Manager for North America from 2004 to 2007. Jeff holds a BS in Business from Penn State University.
