Jim Gray

Jim Gray is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Ingredion Incorporated since January 2014, Jim Gray has led financial planning and analysis for Corporate horizontals and performed as CFO for North America's $3 billion division. Prior to Ingredion, Jim Gray held multiple finance leadership positions at PepsiCo from November 2001 to December 2013, including CFO for Gatorade/Propel and various Vice President roles overseeing finance operations, strategic acquisitions, and marketing finance. Jim Gray’s career began at Bain & Company, where Jim led strategic projects in the beverage industry, and also included experiences in financial analysis at Texas Pacific Group and PRA Securities Advisors. Jim Gray holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Finance and Accounting from the University of California, Berkeley.
