Brian P. Regan

Brian Regan has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Brian currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at The Manitowoc Company, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, they were the Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at The Manitowoc Company from November 2018 to May 2022. Before joining The Manitowoc Company, Brian worked at SPX Transformer Solutions as the Vice President of Finance from August 2013 to November 2018. Brian also held various roles at SPX Corporation, including Controller of the SPX Flow Technology Segment from August 2010 to August 2013 and Assistant Corporate Controller from January 2006 to August 2010. Earlier in their career, they worked at Ernst & Young as a Manager in Public Accounting from January 2001 to December 2005, and at Ogilvy & Mather as a Senior Financial Analyst from June 1999 to November 2001. Brian began their career at McNally International as an Accounting Manager from July 1996 to June 1999.

Brian Regan attended Chaminade High School from 1987 to 1991. Brian then went on to study Economics/ Accounting at the College of the Holy Cross from 1991 to 1996, earning their BA degree.
