Jorge Elias

Jorge Elias is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in supply chain finance and corporate leadership. Currently serving as the Global VP of Supply Chain Finance at Ingredion Incorporated since July 2016, Jorge oversees financial operations across global procurement, manufacturing, and distribution, managing over $7 billion in controllable costs and leading a workforce of 12,000 employees. Jorge has held various strategic roles at Ingredion, including Regional President for South America and CFO positions, where significant financial transformations and revenue enhancements were achieved. Prior to Ingredion, Jorge worked at DuPont for over a decade, where pivotal contributions included leading a Finance team during the DowDuPont merger and executing cost optimization initiatives. Jorge holds an Executive Leadership Program certificate from The Wharton School and an MBA in Financial Management from Rotterdam School of Management. Jorge is also a board member at Grupo Arcor - Ingredion Joint Venture.
